Change

Continuity gives us roots; change gives us branches, letting us stretch and grow and reach new heights.  ~Pauline R. Kezer

Yesterday John left for Columbia, South Carolina.  It was a long day for him but he arrived safely.  It was good to see him excited about going to work, something I haven't seen in a long while. I could hear the excitement in his voice, even 1700 miles away.
Today many changes happened.  Along with John having his first official day at his new job, our home of the past 3 years was listed on the MLS.  Tomorrow, the sign goes up in the front yard and I pray we have many showings.  Change is happening outside as well as the flowing trees are blooming and the bushes are budding.  Change seems to happen when you are not looking.   It seems as though John and I have been waiting and waiting for this change to happen.   And then suddenly it happens, almost so fast we can hardly keep up.  We are excited for the change and for the adventure that accompanies it.  Wish us luck.
